Think of BAS as the brain of a building–it is the master control station that remotely monitors, schedules and regulates the City’s brand-new heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. Moreover, BAS is responsible for keeping rooms and facilities at just the right temperature for occupant comfort.

This centralized control system enables staff to plug in from anywhere in the world to make sure that HVAC equipment is operating efficiently, that room temperature across facilities is comfortable and that runtimes are matched to building occupancy, optimizing energy usage.
